The project has a number of distinct advantages and is located on Istanbul’s European side in the Sariyer neighborhood. The project benefits from clean, unpolluted air due to its location away from the city’s business district and industrial areas. Weekend visits by local tourists to nearby attractions such as Emirgan Park, Rumeli Hisar, and Sakip Sabanci Museum are fairly common.
