1. Can I apply for Turkish citizenship with a Sales & Purchase Agreement only?<\/h5>

Answer:<\/strong> If a minimum of USD 400,000 or was paid as a down payment for any properties with established Title Deed in Land Department an application can be made with a promise that the property would be transferred and released in three years.<\/p>

2. Which kind of properties are suitable for the Citizenship by Investment program in Turkey?<\/h5>

Answer:<\/strong> For citizenship by property acquisition, the property\u2019s feature is unimportant. (It could be a a residential or commercial) However, the property must have an established title deed in Land Department office.<\/p>

3. How to transfer money to Seller?<\/h5>

Answer:<\/strong> The buyer or the buyer\u2019s representative (with given POA through Notary) can only transfer the money into the seller\u2019s bank account. Otherwise you can not get Title Deed as per the regulation in Turkey.\u00a0<\/p>

4. How can I get a Certificate of Conformity?<\/h5>

Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0All documents are submitted to the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadaster or the pertinent regional directorate by the directorate of land registry, which processes the commitment specified in the regulations in accordance with the relevant directive and its practical communiques. The General Directorate\/Regional Directorate examines the transactional papers, issues a Certificate of Conformity, and transmits it via official channels to the General Directorates of the Immigration Administration and Census and Citizenship Affairs, as well as to the relevant individual via email. Foreign nationals who receive a certificate of conformance must first apply for a residence permit at the provincial directorate of immigration administration before applying for citizenship at the provincial directorate of census and citizenship.<\/p>

Answer:<\/strong> No, you can purchase multiple properties to apply Turkish Citizenship if the total investment more than 400,000 USD<\/p>

Answer:<\/strong> The Board of Capital Markets (SPK) \u00a0has listed the organizations that can provide an appraisal report on its website. To apply for an appraisal report must be done by Seller.
